Terms of Service

Effective: November 2026

RamToolKit is a private suite of internal applications operated by Really American Media, used to aggregate publicly available and authorized social media metrics across Really American Media's connected accounts.

Use of the service

Access to any RamToolKit application — including the Data Center at data.ramtoolkit.com — is restricted to authorized Really American Media team members and to recipients of explicitly generated, expiring share links. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

Acceptable use

By using a RamToolKit application you agree not to:

• Attempt to access data outside the scope of your authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any application.
• Use the service in any way that violates the terms of any underlying third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google/YouTube, Bluesky, Substack, X).
• Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties.

Data sources

RamToolKit applications pull metrics from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google (YouTube), Bluesky, Substack, and X via their respective official APIs, in accordance with each platform's Terms of Service and Developer Policies. Where a platform does not expose an API, manual data entry by an authorized team member may be used.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Really American Media makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data presented in any RamToolKit application.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Really American Media be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to authorized team members via email.
