Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Really American Media ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use any RamToolKit application, including the Data Center at data.ramtoolkit.com.

Scope

RamToolKit is a private suite of internal tools. Access is restricted to authorized Really American Media team members and to recipients of explicitly generated, expiring share links. We do not solicit data from the general public.

Information we collect

RamToolKit applications connect to third-party platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, Substack, YouTube, and X — on behalf of authorized Really American Media team members. We collect:

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for connected accounts, encrypted at rest.
• Aggregate account metrics: follower counts, reach, impressions, engagement, ad spend.
• Metadata for top-performing content (titles, URLs, thumbnails, post timestamps).
• Authentication credentials for Really American Media team members.
• Standard server logs (IP, timestamp, request path) for operational diagnostics.

How we use information

Data is used solely to render Really American Media's internal dashboards and shareable read-only investor views. We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data sharing

We share data only with:

• The platform APIs we connect to, in the course of normal API calls authorized by you.
• Our infrastructure providers (currently Railway, Cloudflare) under their respective data processing terms.
• Recipients of share links you explicitly generate from within the tool.

Data retention & deletion

You may request deletion of any data at any time by emailing james@reallyamerican.com, or by visiting our Data Deletion page. We honor deletion requests within 30 days. Encrypted OAuth tokens are revoked at the source platform as part of any deletion request.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Access to production infrastructure is restricted to a small number of authorized engineers.

Children

RamToolKit is an internal business tool not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to authorized team members via email.
